Move in, but only if you want to die!

This apartment is the most dangerous, vile place on earth. Gunshots being fired inside, fires that the management denies. The leasing office was full of hoodrats (the staff).
A lot of crackheads in there. Those SS checks must be nice. You'd probably be better off living in the lobby of the Ramada Inn across the street with the homeless guy on the bike. It's a death trap.
DO NOT EVER MOVE IN THERE.
The elevators work two days a month. The security guards are a joke. They probably sell drugs in the building because lord knows I had one try to sell me some weed.
Then you've got the prostitutes that rent out studios to "do their work" in. It's horrible. People having sex in the laundry room, people getting robbed in the laundry room... people lurk in the mailroom on the 1st of the month to see who gets a welfare check to rob you later that night after you cash your check.
IT'S CRAZY! DO NOT MOVE THERE.
I got caught up on the cheap rent. $300 a month for my first year, and then $400 for the 3 months out of the next year. I was so scared to be there that I stayed most of the time with my boyfriend and wound up leaving early because they came to raid the building and busted down MY DOOR because apparantly I lived in the apartment adjacent to a drug/gun dealer.
Now they're trying to sue me for $1,460.00. THEY CAN KISS MY BEHIND! My car got stolen BY ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS! That apartment building almost cost me my life and my freedom!
