Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
Pathetically run and basically a disgrace to customer service. In five years of residence all three elevators functioned properly for at best a combined year. Torn up carpeting in lobbies, dead roaches all up and down the stairwells. Completely unprofessional managerial staff. I?ve never met such arrogant people with so little reason to be.
