Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
As long as you are a current tenant the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, once you submit your 30-day notice to vacate--look out. They become rude, go out of their way not be helpful, and are totally unprofessional. The lone exception to the is their lease agent-- she remained friendly, helpful, very professional.
