Needs better management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived at the "Trolley" in 2000-2001. This really is a good building but the management SUCKS!!!!!!! The only nice person was the front desk guy but after he left it got worse. The management only wants your rent and nothing else. They do not try to make you feel at home. I would reccommend this place only after a change in management.
