champane rent on beer ammenties From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998   Moving from the trolleys was the best thing that ever happened to me. This is my experience with 1431 Washington BLVD 1. Cable was included with the rent. Now it is a $50 extra charge. 2. there was an extra $200 increase that I never understood 3. The total cost to live in a one bedroom apartment is approximately $900!!! 4. Hope you do not mine living among people with mental illness. The Trolley provide a number units to the mentally handcap at a reduced rate. I frequently see them in the halls peeing on the walls. 5. Trolley store is NASTY! 6. Get a postoffice box! Do not EVER have any packages send to your address. Chances are you will never recieve them!!!
