Quite opposite of most reviews, I think the management is fine. If something needs fixed - they fix it. I pay my rent on time and therefore never see the management. However, they could take better care of the grounds, i.e. the pool and especially the run down tennis court. Although I have enjoyed launching tennis balls into the streets of Detroit (due to no fence around the court). Overall, I love my view and my apartment is nice. Yet again, the lobby and hallways need a contemporary update (a bit 80's looking).
