Trolley Plaza Apartments

Scared to live here now From: scaredattrolley Date posted: 11/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I've lived here going on my third year and for the most part not had too many complaints. The staff was about as friendly as you could get here in Detroit. I was irritated about the so called "sauna" they advertise because it has never worked a day since I've been here. Not to mention the incident that happened on Monday with the man being killed in the elevator. To tell you the truth, I am scared to death to live here now. I use those elevators multiple times a day and being up here on the 26th floor makes it impossible to use the stairs all the time. So far the only mention of this elevator incident that I have heard has been from other residents, no statement from management or even a reassurance that the other elevators are safe. Looks like I am locked into living here though at least until my lease is up in May, as management is unwilling to work with me. Please-- if you are considering moving here-- look elsewhere.
