Contact Fox 2 news (November 19 2004) for the story concerning the elevator incident on November 15 that killed a resident. Two words describe that incident - gross negligence. This goes for all aspects of the apartment. There have been at least 5 instances over the past year where there is urine in the elevators (that goes to say what type of people you'll be sharing the building with!). The so-called amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, gym) are in disrepair and rarely work - not that they are clean enough for use.

Yes, it is a great location and apartments have great views. That is the ONLY positive thing I will ever say about this place.

As for tenants who feel trapped in their leases - management did not uphold their end by providing a safe environment. Know your rights - you should not feel obligated ot stay for the remainder of your term. We are leaving ASAP.
