As a former resident, I totally agree with all of the negative comments regarding Trolley. My heart goes out to the family of the man killed in the elevator incident,but unfortunately, i'm not suprised at that at all. I just pray that the tentants that have a lease there investigate your legal rights. Trolley isn't a safe or quality place to live....period .

Habitat took over management of Trolley Plaza last year and things have improved dramatically since then. A major renovation is just getting started at the property and when it is completed, the changes will be amazing.
