Moving to Trolley Plaza was a terrible mistake. Shortly after I got there in fall 2004 things started going downhill, and got terrible after the tragic elevator accident in which someone was killed. The building management was super-secretive about what had happened, and even refused to let me take the stairs instead of the elevator when I was scared to take the elevator! The building also got a lot dirtier -- they were much slower about picking up the trash, the common areas were a mess, I even saw chicken bones on the hallway floor. When I moved out, the loading dock area was absolutely filthy and reeked -- I hated having my things out there, even for a few minutes. Maybe things have gotten better in the last year, but my advice is to be very hesitant and careful before you move here.
