TROLLEY PLAZA COULD BE A NICE PLACE TO LIVE IF IT WAS MANAGED PROPERLY. UNFORTUNETLY IT IS NOT. FORTUNETLY FOR ME IM GETTING OUT! I FEEL FOR ANYONE WHO IS MOVING IN. DONT DO IT!!!!
