Our gas bill has been over $150 per month for the last six months. I was told it was because of the increase in gas. My apartment is 1050 sg feet, I do not understand. When I contacted Kia Crooms the manager she said they hand the bill over to AUM a third party biller & they bill us. I spoke to my mother who lives in an old farm house & found out her gas bill was on $67 for the same month mine was $150 . I believe trolley splits the bill between the residents that based on their lease are required to pay utilities. I found out recently that, any residents are not required to pay utilities. I have not turned on the gas heat since January so the only way I am using gas is by using the hot water. They are taking advantage of people here at trolley plaza.
