I have lived at Trolley for over 6 years and over the years it has really declined. I once lived her in 1987 and the apartment complex was very nice. This is the reason why I moved here after college in 2000. This is it, I am moving. The property is dirty. I confronted the manager a year ago and informed her that I knew that recipients of Section 8 were allowed to move in and I was upset. I have nothing against subsidized housing. I am against paying a high rent and others are not. Management denied accepting Section 8 but I knew better. Many of the old tenants have moved out already and I will be next. In my 6 years here, I have not seen so many evictions. I would not recommend trolley as a place to live. Accept if you are a Section 8 recipient.
