Too many negatives to discuss. Just don't do it. The location is good, the prices are low compared to other places but it's true what they say, You Get What You Pay For. This place was once the Belle of Downtown, now it's just downtown.

I see things haven't changed at Trolley Plaza. I was there for almost 2 years. I relocated to the Detroit area and I wanted to live somewhere close to my job. The last straw for me was when I was looking out of the window during the day and I saw someone being shot at! I moved out the next month and I never looked back. Good luck to you......

When I look out of my window, I see the Kales Building, which is considered a great place to live downtown. If I look out of my window and see something bad happen, then the people in Kales see the same thing. What is the difference? If that is the problem you run into, then the answer is not to say, "Don't live at Trolley Plaza." The answer is, "Don't live in an inner city environment." Last I checked, Trolley Plaza is not responsible for the actions of people on Washington Blvd or in Grand Circus Park.
