If it hadn't been for the two year lease I signed when I moved in, I would have left LONG AGO! It is not unreasonable that management of buildings change hands - I didn't understand why tennants would complain when staff changes hands - until now. New management and new staff took over about six months ago with promises that they would upgrade lobby, elevators, models, hallways, amenities, the whole nine - to no avail. Aside from the aforementioned items, the building needs a total makeover, a name change due to the horrible reputation, dump the majority of garbage tenants in building, new security company, and definitely a new manager and staff. When I moved in, the manager at the time cared and had a lot to offer with limited resources (money). I don't claim to have all the answers, but wish someone would do something with this real estate!!

Before you bad mouth anything on paper, be prepared to show what you tried that did not get the response you desired. If management is bad, state why. If there are any other complaints, specify what you did to have the problems addressed and the responses. Short of documenting your complaints and their responses, you have nothing to complain about!
Shorty.

that's quite a list of projects, you expected them done in 6 months? just one of those alone would take longer. be alittle realistic. anyone with a brain who reads your review will know that you have none.
