I read all of the bad reviews about this place, but one day while I was touring other properties (Kales, Millender, etc.) I had a break between appointments. I stopped by Trolley just to see, because I love the location, and the rent is a lot more affordable compared to the "luxury" places in the same area.

Is this place as nice as Kales or Millender' No. But it is still a nice affordable place to live. My apartment is significantly larger than what was available at Kales and for just a little over half the price.

I have a great view. All of the people I have met in the building are very nice, and I find it to be very quiet here. I've only lived here a few months, but I have not heard any noise from another apartment while I was in my apartment. I have not seen all of the police calls that others have talked about. The elevators, although a bit of a shaky ride on a couple of them have all been in working order the entire time I have been here.

Basically, all of the "problems" with this building that I read about... I have found none of them to be true at this time. Not saying it was never true, but I am saying that maybe the new management is finally turning things around.
