I've lived here for almost a year now and haven't experienced any of the problems all these other reviewers complained about. I've read about some of the troubles when the place was called Trolley Plaza, but it's under new management. I think they did a good job renovating and it's now a pretty decent place to live if you work downtown.

Yes, If you work downtown it's not half bad for the price. However, if you compare it to other well known cities such as Chicago or suburbs such as Downtown Royal Oak, it rates in the bottom half. Considering price, quality, Staff, and Safety. The homeless people who camp out waiting for meals make the place look bad. Not managements fault, but compensate for this I say.
