I have been in my one bedroom apartment here at Washington Square for a few months now, and my boyfriend and I love it here! Aside from a few small maintenance issues, we have not had ANY problems. The location is awesome-tons of bars, restaurants, etc in walking distance, not to mention all major sports venues! Yes, there are certain streets I would avoid at night but we have our pepper spray and I have never felt unsafe in the building or even near it. The 24 hour security really gives you peace of mind.

Our apartment is so cute, we love it. Even though you pay all utilities, this is the most affordable place to live downtown.The walls are really thick, you really can't hear noisy neighbors. The parking garage is very secure and also very convenient, especially when it's raining!

The staff is great as well. Being in the leasing industry myself, I have extremely high standards and I can tell you that the majority of the staff is fantastic! Brian, the PM, is wonderful and seems to really care about his residents. Margaret in the leasing office is so sweet and very helpful. The maintenance staff is really friendly too, and go out of their way to greet you and hold elevators for you, etc...especially Chris and Stephanie! All in all it is a GREAT place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
