Pros
1. It's close to campus and a few decent bars, which is nice. It's a lot better than living in the dorms or something, which are more isolated.
2. The maintenance guys are really nice and awesome and it doesn't take them long to come to your apartment after putting in a request.
3. It's safe.
4. The high ceilings are really nice and so are the big windows.

Cons
1. It's way overpriced
2. If you live in a 2-bedroom, one of the bathrooms has just a shower stall. It's tiny. I'm a rather small person so I kind of fit in there, but I can't imagine how that would work for someone who's rather overweight. You're always bumping your elbows and it just sucks.
3. The lobby always smells like a dirty asscrack.
4. There are idiots everywhere, which is to be expected since it's on a college campus.
5. When they spray for bugs they give you barely any notice and expect you to clean out your entire kitchen with just a few hours notice. Then the guy comes in and barely sprays, it's ridiculous. The worst part is the lack of notice. One time they put a sign on my door at 1 AM and showed up at 8 AM the next day. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
6. Parking sucks.

I'm editing this to say that you really need to pay attention to any additional charges they might try to tack on to you at the end of your lease. Whenever my rent was late, I would include the late fee in my check. At the end of the year they lied and said that I didn't pay those fees. They also said that my roommate and I did not pay rent for multiple months, resulting in a balance of $2000 plus an additional $500 for late fees. When they got THAT cleared up (after getting copies of the checks and handing them over the housing) they STILL tried to say that we had certain late fees when we didn't. All fees were cleared eventually but it was total --------, and people need to pay attention to WHY those extra charges are on their account, if there are any. WSU = ------- scam artists
