PRO:
very close to classes in central.
CONSSS:
- the walls are so thin that u can hear what your neighbor is doing
- there're no "real" ceiling in the room. and the "ceiling" boards will fly off whenever there's strong wind and the windows are left opened.
- there's an aircon unit in my room. it is not properly sealed and the cold air will enter the room especially during winter. what makes things worse is that the heater does not work sometimes.
- VERY RUDE STAFFS: they entered MY ROOM without telling me beforehand... this is a HUGE violation of my privacy.
- properties are not well-maintained:
Furniture: there's no bar to hang my clothes in the closet! no action is taken although I've filed a complaint 5 months ago.
Lighting: there have been no lights in the stairwell for almost a week now. and there's no light in the corridor outside my apartment. saving money and electricity for the great economy downturn eh'
