I used to live in a flat on VanDyke and Lafayette right around the corner from these apartments. It ws ridiculous, I just could not take it anymore. I had the wheels stolen off my car (and the person hit every car on the block almost that night), 4 attempted break ins (one while I was there). Someone stole my upstairs neighbors car right in front of us. My co-workerlived accross the street.He had his car stolen and damaged so many times that his insurance company was about to drop him. My neighbor even had the flowers stolen off of her front porch. If you like to actually keep you belongings or sleep in peace DO NOT MOVE IN THIS AREA!!!!
