My roommate and I stayed here. The Property Manager (R. fat male) at the time, was awful! They got rid of him and did a better job with the little lady they employed. Well this place is NOT worth one penny. I use to have to damn near run over the drug dealers just to pull into the parking lot. The awful smell from the alley, which you have to cross to get to your car, was a nightmare. The pittyful windows that were in need of a make over. My apartment flooded from the unit above. Location is awful, and its not worth it. I lived at the 1099 V.P luxury (yeah right). I was young,so I chalk it up to a life experience.
