If I knew what I know now I would have never in my life moved here.I have lived here for two years and ready to hit the road!We have a gated parking area which the gate is never closed or lock neither are the doors to the building I have had a car stolen from here.Mangement only cares about getting their rent they dont care who they move in. There is a hoe house in my building and they are very much aware of the problem but wont do anything.Maintenance is another problem it takes them damn near 5 months to come out and look at what is wrong and then another 2 months to fix it. This apartment is not at all updated and the only way you get updated apartment as if you have a fire or something now that was told to me by mangement

I agree 100% I have been at Village Square for almost ten years and I have finally had enough. I am moving asap. My car was stolen also. They don't fix anything and the regional manager(Mrs. Marcia Nix talks rudely to the tenants. Please reconsider moving to this place.

It is bank owned and is in the process of being sold. I have dealt with the future new owners and they are going to have good managment, make repairs (especially the gates) and remedy the problem tenants. Unfortunately when a property is bank owned these problems arise. They will be dealt with though now that it is going under new ownership.
