When I first moved into Western Heights, it was a nice, clean, small, quiet building. A good night's sleep isn't an option, since the building is situated right next to a railroad track. The noise of passing trains (quite frequently at that!) was very overwhelming. Overall, it was a decent place to live until my last year there. At this time, roaches and mice were coming from EVERYWHERE! It was uncontrollable. The heating vents were not very modern and seemed to be the source of the rodent manisfestation. Several neighbors complained about the need for extermination. Perhaps they've improved since I lived there, but I had to move. I just couldn't take the roaches crawling on me in my sleep anymore!
