The management is PROFOUNDLY incompetent, the place is CRAWLING with mice, roaches, spiders, ants, and only GOD knows what else, management never does a thing about it no matter how much we complain. You'll never meet the landlord either. He's some mysterious "Charlie's Angels" type who absolutely NOONE ever sees.
Rent for a two bdrm is $610.00 1 bdrm is almost 500.00, but you'll be in the delapidated brightmoore area, RIGHT NEXT to a train that NEVER SHUTS UP, ITS LOUD AS EVER, AND IT RUNS 24 HOURS A DAY!! Parking isn't secure, because the gate is always ALWAYS broken, so it's very easy for your vehicle to get stolen.
The heat NEVER works, and the building is falling apart at the seams!
MOVE ANY WHERE ELSE BUT HERE! I WOULDN'T LEAVE A DISEASED ANIMAL THERE!!!
