I have lived at the W.E. since January 2005 and this is the worst place I have ever lived I only stayed so long because I was attending Wayne State and working downtown but now that school is over I am so HAPPY to be moving. This complex is poorly built and there is a major outdoor rat problem. I felt like the rats were Ben and I was Michael Jackson. I would get off work at 11pm and the rats would be playing in the grass like they were waiting on me to get home. Last summer I rented the club house for my friends baby shower and they disconnect the televisions and said they did not work when they were working just fine on Friday when I went to drop off the deposit. The office staff changes so often that you cannot get use to people. The current staff is quite trashy. I was dropping my rent off and there was a lady coming to inquire about renting a place the first thing the woman said to here was that there was no low income units available. The lady was offended and not even looking for a low income unit. I seen the lady outside and she asked me was the staff always that rude. I am so excited to move. This place was the pits.
