New Owners Coming Soon!

It is bank owned and is in the process of being sold. I have dealt with the future new owners and they are going to have good managment, make repairs, and remedy the problem tenants. Unfortunately when a property is bank owned these problems arise. They will be dealt with though now that it is going under new ownership.
