River Place Apartments

500 River Place, Detroit, MI 48207

10/17/14 by Verified Resident: It is a very good place to live. So close to the river and my office! Service is very prompt and the staff is very nice. Parking has been very dependable. I believe the month to month may be too high, but hopefully I will not have to deal with that at the end of my lease. more

The Windsor Towers

1600 Antietam Avenue, Detroit, MI 48207

07/04/14 by bbb321: This is the worst apartment complex I've had the misfortune of living in. The staff responds extremely slowly to maintenance requests, the elevators frequently don't work, the heating and air conditioning is dodgy at best, and the building's structural necessities (lighting, plumbing, etc.) are the worst. I haven't had air conditioning for the past year. Stay away from here, more

Renaissance City Apartments

555 Brush Street, Detroit, MI 48226

09/29/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Renaissance City now for a little over a year. Because I work in the Renaissance Center my commute is approximately 8-10 minutes after I leave the apartment. The main reason I moved here! No longer will I have to wake up, clean my car off, heat it up, drive through an ice storm, just to get to work. VERY convenient. Not to mention the people mover stopping in my building is a more

Town Apartments and Suites

1511 First Street, Detroit, MI 48226

07/07/14 by Katelynnfleming: First off let me state that when My boyfriend and I moved downtown and into Town Apartments we knew that they were in the middle of redoing the apartments and that they were going to be rough looking for awhile. We have only lived here since the beginning of May 2014. It's now the 7th of July 2014 and I'm horrified with the way things have been going this last week and a day... Here are more

Lafayette Towers

1301 Orleans, Detroit, MI 48207

10/06/14 by Mr. Mikal: I like my home and the area. I have lived at Lafayette Towers for 11 years now. I've seen management companies and employees come and go but I can honesty say that I am most impressed with the people who are there now. The customer service is very much improved from the last management and it feels like a much better community. I talk to a lot of people here and some, not all, share this more

Riverfront Apartments

100 Riverfront Dr., Detroit, MI 48226

07/26/14 by anonymous: I lived here from summer 2011 - summer 2014. The views are stunning, the staff is stunningly bad. Pros: -Incredible river views -People Mover access Cons: -Raising rent / Marketplace: for my 3rd year (in summer 2013), they raised my rent from $1050 to $1250. I called to complain. I mentioned that one of the reasons I moved in was the Marketplace, which was about to close. The manager laughed more

09/21/14 by apt1923: Cannot believe the parking is going up 60%, for what? The garbage is constantly overflowing and that creates an healthy mess. The management is so unfriendly. Not worth the trouble to live here. more

250 Harbortown Drive East, Detroit, MI 48207

08/07/14 by anonymous: I recently purchased a Condo one year ago and it was the worst mistake and investment that I could have very made. Management is non responsive and virtually useless, they never in the office, and if your waiting on maintenance to repair something forget it. I am sure that management, the housing association they are all shady, experienced crocks, Illegal worker and contractors and very more

French Quarters Apartments

08/08/14 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU NEED TO PRAY AND INTERSEED FOR THESE PEOPLE BUT WHATEVER YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I don't even know where to start. This was my first apartment so I did not know any better. First off, I moved in during the winter time and my apartment was infested with bees. Yes, an apartment full of bees in the winter time. Not 1, not 2, but 100+ was living in a hive in on the inside of more
