I've lived here for 3 years. The new Management Company really is doing great! I had problems with the old one. They never fixed anything. These new guys kicked out 2 noisey people in my building the first month they were here! They refinished the parking lot at the office and fixed up the landsacping. The new Manager said they do background and criminal checks on every applicant. I like that a lot! DeWitt is a great place to live. I really like the fact my kids can safely walk to school from here.
