New management took over 1 year ago. Before they came in the children were out of control. They have come in cleared all the untis of unruley tenants and given the children of the community activities. The children show great respect for the office team therefore showing respect for their neighbors. They have the best resident parties as well as community relations. The management team genuinley cares for their residents. Maintenance is the funniest team that you will ever know. The guys are great when it comes to maintaining our homes. Overall you have to go see it to believe it and remember those that are negative are probably the ones that had to go!!!!

WOW, you must be a friend of someone, I have lived there for a year and CHOOSE to leave because of the management team as well as fellow tenants! Kids are still unruley and disrespectful, when a child and teenager tells some one to f.. off, that is not respectful!! There have not been any activites for children that I am aware of in the past year. The management DOES NOT care, nor work with tenants. Jaime, the only manager who cared was released. Maintence crews are rude, and not considerate of families schedules, they have a I am here now whether you are ready or not attitude. How many times does maintence need to come to your home? I am not one that needed to leave, I have found a much better area to live and very happy to be out of that atmosphere, definatly not somewhere to raise a healthy, happy, respecting family.
