Between the drugs, the alcohol, lack of management and maitenance, I would tell EVERY ONE THAT THIS PLACE IS A HOLE!!!Prepare, if you move here, you'll hate this place!! NOT RECCOMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with the other guy, if I could give zero stars or NEGATIVE I would!!

I was the poster, and I'm a girl. :) As an update, my upstairs neighbor (the one that did the screaming) broke her lease a month later. I was called by management for delinquent rent payments the following November (two months after moving out) because they had no record of me moving out. Thankfully, I did, which is a good thing since the person that verified my apartment was fired shortly afterwards. I wish more people would post on here so new renters could really be warned.

I apologize, ma'am :). and I totaly agree. We broke our lease less than 6 months in, paid the $1150.00 fee to break the lease and then they wanted to slap us with another $1150.00. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau (who had Four Seasons in BAD standing already) and contacted a lawyer. That place, management, Janell in paticular, is a Joke. Its another fine example of government housing gone horribly wrong. Just because one is not able to afford the "good" life does not mean that one has to portray the dismal side of society. In laymans terms, that place is a SLUM as well as most people there, including that joke of a management staff!! And again, I agree with you, more people should post.

I'm really glad that I am reading these. Just recently my husband and I were thinking about moving to Four Seasons, but everyone has said NO. Glad I decided to check into it more.

wow im so glad i read these responses because I was gone to recommend this place to my daughter and she has three children. thanks for taking the time to let people like myself know where not to go.
