I lived here in my last year at MSU, and it was fantastic. I lived with 2 roomates who had recently graduated and worked in the area. The manager was great (we lived right next to her), the location is peaceful, TONS of .parking, and best of all everything was new. The inside is spacious and we kept our windows open most of the time with little noise from the outside. The summer was a little bit louder, mainly because some of the other residents had kids and they weren't at school. Most of the families disappeared on the weekends so its always quiet then as well. The grounds were well kept, and your in DeWitt so there is no crime whatsoever, some of the residents kept their car windows open at night. The staff/mainenance are great and friendly (saw them almost daily) and we never really had a problem that needed fixing because everything is pretty new. We lived on the top floor and the walls are pretty thick, but I am not sure if the people below us heard us walking around or not. After living in Cedar Village for a year and then out at Capstone Commons for another two this place was fantastic! Its about a 15 min drive to the MSU campus. There are walking/jogging paths and a park about a block down the street.
