My husband and I have lived here for going on two years, and this place is the worst for unattended children playing in the streets and in the parking lots..its crazy!! We have had golf balls thrown at our car on purpose, children yelling, and they all seem to congrigate outside the apartments with the biggest parking lots. There is a playgroud mind you. This place is expensive and it seems a lot of low income families have moved in with the help of the goverment. It looks good from the outside, and its really kept up. But the fitness room they advertise is a joke, they have equiptment that is something you would buy for your home, and the room is the size of a large bathroom. The pool is another thing, in the summer it may be open maybe two of the seven days of the week, due to health hazards. The apartments are priced crazy only because of it being in Dexter, the apartments look good when there is no furniture in them, I live in a two bedroom town home which is small, we pay 960.00, and the three bedroom is 1200.00. Its better to go rent a home.
