if you enjoy little mexican thugs going through your garages and riding their bikes down the middle of the street when you are trying to drive...this place is for you. management is a great bunch to work with but the low income loser idiots that have moved in are taking the place over. management works hard to keep the place up but when you have a bunch of thugs running the streets it's hard. kids are out all hours of the night and could care less about the nose they are making. i would say something to them but they are known for causing trouble to those that tell them to quiet down. just last week a tenant decided to throw a keg party. yesterday a car load of drunken teenagers drove down the street screaming profanties at everyone. the place has gone to hell in a hand basket in the 11 months i've been there. go elsewhere, rent a house, live in the trailer park...anything but this hellhole.
