When we moved in a couple of years ago, the place was great: Good upkeep, good people, good staff. Now, there is a lot of low income (subsidized) folks moving in, and it has turned into the "Dexter Ghetto". They like to move the low income people right next to the people paying full price (Currently $1200 for a 3 bedroom), so you're forced to hear screaming adults, and watch kids ride their bikes in between cars (Wife has a nice scratch on her car from this). Please rent a home if you can. Everything in Dexter is expensive, but you will be much happier living somewhere else. In another year or two, the place will have to change their name to West Ypsilanti.
