This complex is a total disappointment. Parking is horrible, if you are lucky, by 5 p.m you might have a spot in front to park. Good luck if not and you want to park in your garage... if it's not bad enough, there are apartments with 5 cars parked in front, AND in front of your garage blocking it. The apartment itself, horror. Downstairs in the winter is so cold your teeth are freezing, upstairs it's the tropicals if the heat is on. The floors are very cold downstairs, specially in the kitchen. Upstairs, the floors make sounds like in horror movies. The floors are very very bad at least in this apartment, they make very loud squeak and creek sounds when walking on them. From downstairs we can hear our cat walking in the bedrooms upstairs!!! That's how bad they are. The walls, another nightmare. Thin as ever. You can even hear neighbors on their toilets doing their "business"!!! Forget getting a good night sleep with these walls.
Overall, the whole complex is becoming the Dexter ghetto and the apartments are expensive for the crap that they are. The rent keeps getting higher and higher and there is no improvements to it in the meantime.
Best advise to anyone: DO NOT move in here and keep looking for something better.

I totally agree with you, especially about the walls being thin. I was able to deal with this until some very rude, obnoxious neighbors adjoining my unit moved in this past December. Now it's constant loud music and/or video games. I've complained to the management, who assured me that these Neanderthals are "nice people." At least management did contact them, but it hasn't done any good, as I'm sitting here listening to another night of :"war games" (bombs, gunfire, etc.). And this after a long, hard day at work!
