I have been living here for going 0n three years. My genereal assessment of this property overall is very good. Almost excellent in fact.There are some minor problems with my snooty neighbors whom happen to think that they be better than most people. And yes sometimes it takes a little while to get a request answered. But as I understand it they have one full time maintenance guy and one part time to handle what I'm sure are countless maintenace requests. I remain patient and my work gets done with no fear of it breaking down again. My overall rating would be 3out of 4 stars.
