I had to move to Dexter some time back and spent a year there. The saving grace was Walkabout Creek apts. The office girls are Hot and extremely helpful. They went way out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. The maintenace guy there saw to it that there would be no serious issues to worry about. I mean these guys are great.
When I was broke down, not only did the staff give me ride to work but also saw to it that I had a ride to go get my car. How many places do you know of where the staff would take time from a busy day to do that' This place made my stay in Dexter worth it. The town however is populated by lots of people with bad teeth, bad hair and bad attitudes. These people are low brow inbreds who happen to think of themsleves as mental giants and good christian folks with wholesome values. They are anything but. If you have to move to Dexter Walkabout Creek is probobly as close as you want to get.

whoa. Dexter is actually a very up-scale community. And most either have braces or have had braces. Apparently who ever wrote this review isn't graced with the nice people who live in Dexter. I consider myself a "hot" individual...and most of all of my family are as well. THis guy is trash. Dexter is an excellent community to raise a family and definately to live.

I think "up-scale community" is a stretch, but it isn't so bad. Whoever designed the traffic lights on the main street is a complete moron.
