I have lived here over 4 years and find that the only problem I have ever had was with parking. One year ago a young man moved in a one bedroom and he had a work truck. He must have moved in some others and there were too many trucks. I contacted the office and they immediately sent out a letter to the area of apartments. I know they also stickered the offenders cars, and soon the problem got somewhat better. But the problem started again and this time it was not too long but the guy in the one bedroom was moving out. I do not think this was a coincidence. I know that the office was instrumental in taking care of this. Other than that I have been extremely pleased by this place. Dexter is a nice little town and the people seem friendly enough. Small towns with character are hard to find, small towns with characters alot easier! Walkabout is a quiet community that I would recommend.
