You can at any given time smell marijuana in the office/clubhouse.
When you ask thew staff about it they act obliviouse to it. (they are sitting in the middle of the stench)
The maint. supervisor is usually parked on his but in the office while my requests go unanswered or acknowledged. kids of all ages run around unsupervised and destroy the place along with personal property. don't bother bringing it to the attention of the staff. they are to busy lowering the rent for lower income families.
I need a boat to get out of my door when it rains, there is at least 2 inches of standing water!,I have brought this to the attention of managemnt, they only find humor in it! and have offered no remedy.
I'm outa here!
