Absolutely Horrible. I lived there for a little over a year with my 3 year old son. I constantly had a problem with the heating. my thermostat was broke so i couldnt control the heat. that and the boiler kept going out in the winter so it got very cold. i told the landlord that if she didnt fix the problem i wasnt paying rent id go a week with no heat. you cant have a child there with no heat its ridiculous. My walls leaked because there was a water problem in the apt upstaires and she never fixed that. there were lots of apts that had bug infestations and they refused to bomb any apartment. It was very noisy and they never did anything to stop the problem. The landlord was never in the building. any time i needed anything she wouldnt be there. she never returned calls. and when it was time to pay rent. she was never there to get a recipt. and she had a problem with cashing checks as soon as she got them. a few times she made my account go negative because she did cash the checks til a couple months later. Basically.. the landlord was crappy, the apartments were crappy, there was bugs everywhere hallwalls and everything, and it wasnt worth 575 a month.
