Well, You Could Do Worse

2900 Place has its fine points, and its negative points, but that is the case with most complexes. The water and electric bill can become quite outrageous if not maintained in the winter. Watch out for that water bill, the company doesn't really have a good sense of time for sending out bills, but they always want it to be on time (USI Water Inc.). Their local, redneck cable company is about as cheap as you can get. Did impress with their DSL/High Speed connections, though.
Office Staff...an interesting assortment. Say hello to them, smile at them in the elevators, hold the door open for them. Because if you don't, when something goes wrong in your apartment (and believe me, it will), they are your only hope.
If you are considering moving in, ask one question, please, I am begging you. Ask if they will be rennovating any balconies. Do you know how you repair concrete overhangs' That's right with a JACKHAMMER. Not only with a jackhammer, but with a jackhammer at 6 in the morning. Oh and, watch out, they don't have to tell you when they are going to be working. So watch that first step out on to your balcony, it could be your last.
You know, I started this review with some positive memories, but unfortunately, the negative outweighed the positive.
