The lobby/office area/business lounge are pretty inviting but one you see the hallways you'll notice how old the building is.
The staff is ok. Some of them can be pretty rude at times and they enforce the lease terms right to the last word. You would think being a college complex they'd be bit easy going especially since the apartments cost are outrageous. They make you pay for everything from electricity/water/cable and even trash.
The view from the apartments is pretty nice if you live higher up but otherwise the complex does not offer anything too spectacular for the high prices they charge.
They even charge people extra to park under the ramp even though when you look under there in the winter the whole thing is practically empty....talk about a waste of space and money for them.....you'd think they'd make the prices to park under there more affordable and then even they would make some money.
