noisy, expensive heat, lots of space

the pool is shaded and unless you are here for the summer, it's worthless.

rental manager is employee of corporation. you are renting from a large corporation and will be treated that way.

electric heat bill ran upwards of $120, and we barely used it at all.

signing new lease today for $720, utilities included. HWF, skylights.

my advice: shop around before signing here.
