I lived here in the summer, which I sublet from someone. So I didn't deal first hand with the price on the apt. But I loved it! I had a beautiful view of the wooded area and the 7th floor was great. The hallways were a little shabby, old looking, but it's a college apartment. It was very quiet and they allowed cats. Everytime I made a sevice call they were there within the nest 24 hours, and they always did a little extra when they came. For exapmle my tub was clogged and they came and unclogged it and put in a really nice showe head. I also had them come fix the balcony door because it came off track and they put a new screen door on. They also had little things like dinners and free flowers for your deck. With a little cleaning and some decorations, you can really make this 'house' a 'home'. There was also always parking and covered parking for those who wanted it
