I have lived in this place for 1.5 years now and everyday i wish i could get out of my lease. This place is really going downhill. All you need to do is walk through the halls and you will see stains everywhere (walls carpet) and the smell is terrible. The bills at this place are crazy. A small one bedroom apt will cost you more than $100 a month if you want to stay warm. They make you pay for every single bill even the trash. Also office workers try to scam every last dime from you. I was late one month and they tried to tell me that my rent was going up because i was late. I had to have my lawyer talk to there lawyer and sure enough i was right and 2900 place aparments was wrong. From what i hear this happens alot there, they must be on commission. Not to mention they only have a lady clean the place about 2 times per month. The elevators have stains all over them, there is a blood stain in one thats been there for like three weeks now. Well just had to put my two cents in.
