I should of known from day one that this place had issues. I was the only person moving in the next morning after moving in all night along, my truck had been towed away when I had the proper sticker in my window. They admitted their guilt, but would only pay me half of the 150 dollars it took to get my car back. The utilities bills here are ungodly. For a 2 bedroom if you want to stay warm is about 280 dollars a month. The staff here is horrible, rude, obnoxious, especially when they altered my check and thought it was ok because they screwed up the amount. Maintance needs help. One occassion my stove caught fire and it too maintance 2 days to come and fix it. On another occassion. They said they ordered my air conditioner to be replaced, and after 4 months of waiting I finally got it replaced.Plus they made a huge mess and left it for me to clean up. When they installed the air conditioner, they did not seal it correctly, so there was a draft all winter long. Don't put anything important on your patio because my furniture and items out there were stolen. As for parking, lock your car and don't leave anything important in it, plus the office wouldn't even call the police for me. The building is old and it is falling apart in storms, with flying objects falling of of it. Best advice is stay as far away from this place as possible. Spread the word please.
