The building at 2900 Place is old however it is maintained well. The apartments are very large. Even though you have to pay utilities it is worth the price. I have shopped around and found that alot of other places are starting to charge for utilities. 2900 Place is very close to campus as well. If you do not have a car you are close to restaurants and shopping. I like the fact that there is secured enterance. You have to know someone's phone number or their apartment and have to call their number, they have to let you in. The office staff is friendly and usually try to work with you on any issues you have. I would live here again if I were not graduating and goimg back home!!
