I have lived here for 3 years now. My rent has gone up $50 and there have been no improvements to my apartment what so ever. My bike was stolen from the bike area that they have for your bikes. The hallway always smells like cigarettes and marijuana and now it is creeping into my apartment. The washers overflow into the hallway daily. They very rarely salt the parking lots so it is difficult to walk without slipping in the winter. There are also few lights in the parking lot so it is difficult to see at night. They say it is a secured building, but the doors are always propped. I have had no problem with the maintenance staff fixing stuff right away, but it usually takes 2-3 times for them to fix it right. My drains are almost always clogged. The walls are extremely thin! My rent continues to increase, so I am getting out.
