I have lived at 2900 Place for two years. It has been an ok experience except for the previous manager(AWFUL). I was really happy when she transferred to a different place. The new manager is very easy to work with. I used to only deal with the girl that works in the front office now I feel comfortable coming down to talk with either one. Both of them are very nice abd do whatever they can to help with any problem I have. The hallways are looking better than ever as well as the grounds. I can tell this new manager cares and gets things done. It is an older community however they try to keep it looking nice. I have renewed my lease for another year. I would reccommend these apartments. Sometimes people rate things badly when they do not pay their rent and the office has to do what they have to do to collect the money.
